Shipping method: We ship via CTT Mail for all destinations, except for the U.S., where we use DHL Express.

Delivery Time: With standard tracked shipping, orders are typically delivered within the EU in 10 working days or less, and to the rest of the world in 15 working days or less. Once parcels leave Portugal and arrive at their destination, they are delivered by the local postal service. Delivery times may vary depending on local handling. For faster delivery, please choose the express shipping option at checkout.
For international orders, we are not responsible for customs, duties, and taxes.


Returns & Exchanges: Our products are handmade, and each piece carries artisanal qualities. Slight variations in embroidery and finish are natural and reflect the unique stamp of each artisan. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns. We request you to send us an email at info@wenlinstudio.com explaining the reason for your return within 7 days after you receive your package. Please remember to also provide us with your name, your address and your order number. After your request has been approved, we will send you an email authorizing you to send us back the products. The email will also include the appropriate instructions and destination address. The products must be received unused and in their original packaging.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the duties and taxes on your return.
Upon receipt of your products, we will provide you with online coupon number usable within 30 days in our online shop.
