Method:
We ship via CTT Mail for all destinations, except for the U.S., where we use DHL Express.

Processing Time:
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days after being placed.

Customs & Duties:
For international orders, please note that any customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Our products are handmade, and each piece carries artisanal qualities. Slight variations in embroidery and finish are natural and reflect the unique stamp of each artisan.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns.

How to Request a Return:

1. Send an email to info@wenlinstudiolondon.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your name, address, and order number, along with the reason for return.

3. Once approved, you will receive instructions and the return address via email.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as any duties and taxes.

• Upon receipt of your return, you will receive an online coupon code, valid for 30 days in our online shop.
