• Portugal & Spain: €5.00 with Registered & Tracked CTT Mail.

• EU: €8.00 - Tracked CTT Mail or  €35.00 - Express 4 Day Delivery via CTT mail

• UK: €12.00 - Tracked CTT Mail or  €35.00 - Express 4 Day Delivery via CTT mail

• US: €98.00 - DHL Express with Track & Trace

• Rest of the World: €15.00 - International Tracked CTT Mail or  €45.00 - Express 5 Day Delivery via CTT mail

Method:
We ship via CTT Mail for all destinations, except for the U.S., where we use DHL Express.

Processing Time:
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days after being placed.

Delivery Time:
With standard tracked shipping, orders are typically delivered within the EU in 10 working days or less, and to the rest of the world in 15 working days or less. Once parcels leave Portugal and arrive at their destination, they are delivered by the local postal service. Delivery times may vary depending on local handling. For faster delivery, please choose the express shipping option at checkout.

Customs & Duties:
For international orders, please note that any customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

EU/UK Buyers: Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU or UK customer, you have a statutory right to change your mind and return your items within 14 days from the day you physically receive your package.

• Shipping: You are responsible for providing and paying for your own return shipping.

• Exclusions: All collections are eligible for return under the 14-day window unless an item has been entirely custom-made or personalized to your specific individual measurements.

International Buyers (Rest of World)

For all orders shipped outside the EU and UK, our standard studio return rules apply as configured in our system:

• Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Shipping: The customer provides and pays for return shipping.

• Final Sale Items: kits and digital patterns are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
