The Gindi Needlebook Hand-Stitched Textile Tool Kit
This batch of physical Gindi Needlebooks comes in 11 different variations, each marked from A-K. Each book is hand-stitched using plant-dyed khadi fabric scraps with the art of Gindi, a method of layering fabric fragments with dense running stitches to create a durable, textured surface. These books are designed to be compact and portable to house your favourite sewing essentials, blending the beauty of naturally dyed khadi fabrics with organised interiors.
Each needlebook is handcrafted using a mix of repurposed cotton and linen, making every piece a one-of-a-kind work of textile art. The fabric is soft yet sturdy, providing a protective shell for your most delicate tools.
Needlebook size: 8 x 13 cm Hand-Stitched Needlebook (approx. 28 x 13 cm unfolded)
Each Needlebook comes with:
- A pair of folded scissors tucked into a dedicated interior sleeve.
- 2 cotton embroidery skeins in coordinating tones.
- 2 soft thimbles for comfortable stitching.
- A selection of hand-sewing needles and pins.
- Detachable Pocket Component with integrated fabric swatch storage.
The variations are marked from A to K. Please select your preferred design from the menu. While the interior layout remains consistent, the exterior patchwork and embroidery vary, ensuring your kit is as unique as the craft.
The needlebooks are exactly as shown in the photos; however, please allow for minor imperfections and frayed edges, which are characteristic of the hand-stitched Gindi style and intended as part of the design. We recommend spot-cleaning with cold water only if necessary to preserve the integrity of the hand-stitching for a very long time.

We ship via CTT Mail for all destinations; for the U.S., we also offer DHL Express.
Processing Time:
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days after being placed.
Delivery Time:
With standard tracked shipping, orders are typically delivered within the EU in 10 working days or less, and to the rest of the world in 15 working days or less. Once parcels leave Portugal and arrive at their destination, they are delivered by the local postal service. Delivery times may vary depending on local handling. For faster delivery, please choose the express shipping option at checkout.

If you are an EU or UK customer, you have a statutory right to change your mind and return your items within 14 days from the day you physically receive your package.
